These I made for the CBT I’m taking (scooter test). The docs can nip at the top of the leg. Now they won’t.
Method as follows (4mm hook, dk yarn- Jarwol dk new arrival Cotswold):
Fdc diameter of leg at top of boot -1"

Dc three rows
Place over top of boot and lace boot so it holds the cuff in place.
