Pretty please, would someone who understands psychobable stuffs ‘splain me the thing?

I wanna know why I think songs I know sound better in languages I mostly don’t (namely Italian right now) and I can relax to them more than English versions I’ve been listening to for years and know by heart?

Also why do I promptly forget the English lyrics when I hear foreign lyrics being sung to the same beat?
